## Our Grading Process and Equipment

Our process starts with the planned elevations and where water needs to drain. We match a dozer, compact track loader with grading attachment or motor grader to the access and finish. We cut high spots, spread suitable material and compact specified fill, with deeper excavation handled separately when required.

## Savannah Sandy Ground, Low Spots and Drainage

Coastal properties can have sandy ground beside wetter low areas, so we inspect soil support and where runoff leaves the site before moving material. Ditches and retained roots are protected within the agreed plan. Marshes, wetlands, streams and flood zones need separate review. Rough grading does not certify an engineered building pad.

Prices: $2,500+. General project pricing; tree removal is per suitable individual tree. Acreage, vegetation, slope and equipment access affect your quote. Larger or difficult jobs can exceed these ranges. Stump work, hauling, permits and construction-pad preparation are quoted separately.
